Jade Cline from Teen Mom shared that her parents entered a rehab facility.
The reality star gave the update in a TikTok video that you can watch at the end of this article. Jade revealed that her mother Christy and her stepfather Michael were currently receiving treatment.
She began the clip, “Long story short, over the last six months, me and my parents’ relationship hadn’t been really close or really tight due to their own choices, and I felt like they weren’t really doing well.”
Jade talked about her experience with supporting a loved one through this process. Her fiancé Sean Austin did a 90-day program in 2021.
The 25-year-old ultimately decided to talk to her parents about getting help.
“Thankfully, my mom and dad both said that they thought rehabilitation was something that they really needed to get their lives back on track,” detailed the mother of one. “My parents both checked themself into two different facilities in two different states last week and are starting their rehabilitation journey.”
Jade went on to ask “for positive vibes and support.”
“This is hard, anyone that has gone through this knows it’s hard but awesome to have other people that understand and support you so hopefully this is what my parents need to kind of push forward,” she continued.
Her optimistic attitude continued in the caption.

I love reading the messages about recovery success, but I also like to be there for the ones that didn’t watch get the chance to see their loved one go through recovery . Thank you for the support.
Her mom’s issues with controlled substances have been documented on Teen Mom 2. In one episode, she accompanied Jade, Sean, and Briana Dejesus to support her daughter through her plastic surgery in Florida.
The drama started when Jade’s mother went MIA while picking up pain medicine. Everyone was angry, including her co-star and her baby daddy. Jade was in so much pain that she had to be taken back to the hospital, all while her mother tried to fill the prescription, claiming no place could do so.
After it aired, Jade took to Twitter to clarify some things about what had happened.
